Goshow Architects (WBE), established in 1978, is one of the largest woman-owned architectural firms in New York City. Dedicated to “public design for the public good,” we improve communities by providing sustainable design for new buildings, as well as the rehabilitation, adaptive reuse, and historic preservation of existing structures.

Nancy Aber Goshow and F. Eric Goshow are the founding partners of Goshow Architects. By creating a culture of sustainability and diversity, Nancy and Eric lead a practice focused on people, planet, and excellence in design and service.

Our staff members reflect New York City’s multiculturalism. We believe the diversity of our people propagates the diversity of ideas, which produces endless creative possibilities.

Goshow is organized as a studio practice, and led by a core group of Associates, Senior Project Managers, and Project Managers

Each of these four T.I.P.S. defines our culture, drives us towards excellence, and binds us together as a team.
